Tammie Vogtmann - Manager, Operations

With more than 28 years of experience in the medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) industry, Tammie serves as our Manager, Operations, overseeing the day-to-day processes that keep our organization running efficiently. From charge entry and claims management to payment posting and operational workflows, she ensures every aspect of the revenue cycle is executed with accuracy, consistency, and exceptional attention to detail.

Known for her extensive industry knowledge and collaborative approach, Tammie has built lasting relationships with providers, office staff, and colleagues alike. Her commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction makes her an invaluable leader and trusted resource for our team. Outside the office, Tammie enjoys spending quality time with her grandchildren and relaxing with one of her favorite hobbies - knitting.

Ian Hampton-Haley - Manager, Technology

Since entering the medical billing and revenue cycle management industry at just 19 years old, Ian has devoted more than 25 years to helping healthcare organizations succeed through technology and innovation. His passion lies in simplifying complex processes, creating efficient workflows, and delivering technology solutions that allow clients to focus on what matters most - patient care.

As our technology leader, Ian combines decades of real-world RCM experience with a commitment to exceptional client service. When he's away from the keyboard, you'll likely find him exploring with his dogs, Schroder and Fiona, spending time with his husband, Shane, or capturing the beauty of everyday life through his camera lens.

Stephanie Armstrong - Manager, Client Success

With more than 25 years of leadership and management experience, Stephanie serves as our Manager, Client Success, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout every stage of their partnership with Promed Billing. She is dedicated to building strong relationships, fostering clear communication, and ensuring both our clients and team have the resources they need to succeed. Stephanie is passionate about creating positive experiences and continually identifying opportunities to strengthen collaboration and deliver outstanding results.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, a cardiac registered nurse, and their two children. She also has a creative side as a qualified interior designer - a talent that reflects her eye for detail and thoughtful approach to everything she does.
