Ian Craig - CEO & Owner

Prior to joining Pro Med Billing, Ian was the CEO (Asia Pacific) and Chief Commercial Officer of a publicly-traded insurance and financial services company. He likes nothing more than happy clients and is obsessed with helping them grow their practices and with making their lives easier. He has a BA in Economics (with honors) from the University of West of Scotland and an MBA from Gies College of Business at University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Married to a healthcare lawyer - a lot better than it sounds - and has very smiley twin toddlers.

Tammie Vogtmann - Payments

A medical billing powerhouse, Tammie has been at Pro Med Billing for 23 years. She heads up our billing and payments teams - managing every aspect of the process from charge entry to payment posting and everything in between. She is well-known as a subject matter expert and builds positive relationships with providers and their office staff. When not working weekends, she is cuddling her grandchildren and knitting, knitting, knitting!

Ian Hampton-Haley - Technology

With 25 years of hands-on experience in the technology industry, much of which was gained at medical billing and revenue cycle management companies, Ian is responsible for our technology strategy and operating platform. He also provides valuable first-line support to our client offices, which our partners absolutely love. When not rebuilding server arrays or writing workflow code, you will find him walking his dog (Jasper) and working on his photography skills.  

Stephanie Armstrong - Office

Stephanie is responsible for making sure the company ‘has what it needs’ and is a general point of contact for our team members and client offices. She draws on her 20+ years of management experience to improve the environment that we work in and takes every opportunity to improve communication between clients and Pro Med Billing. Stephanie is married to a cardiac RN, has 2 children and is a qualified interior designer. Who knew.
